2. Eligibility for Coverage
Insurance is available only for items that are declared at the time of shipping and comply with our terms and conditions. Any prohibited or restricted items, as specified in our Prohibited Items List, will not be eligible for insurance coverage. Coverage is not extended to packages that do not have a valid tracking number assigned by our system.
3. Limitations of Liability
Our maximum liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the declared value of the package or the maximum coverage limit stated in the shipping contract, whichever is lower. The following situations are excluded from coverage:
Acts of nature (e.g., floods, earthquakes, hurricanes)
Delays or losses due to customs or regulatory inspections
Packages improperly packed or labeled by the sender
Losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
4. Claims Process
In the event of loss or damage, a claim must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date. Claims filed after this period may not be eligible for coverage. Please follow these steps to file a claim:
1. Contact our Customer Support team to initiate the claim process.
2. Provide all necessary documentation, including proof of value and photos of the damage (if applicable).
3. Allow up to 10 business days for the assessment and processing of your claim.
5. Refunds and Reimbursements
Approved claims will be reimbursed up to the declared value of the item or the maximum coverage amount, whichever is lower. Refunds are issued in the form of a credit to the original payment method used.
6. Changes to the Insurance Policy
